Orders + Promotions:

Once an order has been processed, we will transmit an order confirmation by the next business day.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the order confirmation for accuracy, quantity, shipping address. Please advise us within 24 hours of any changes that need to be made as some vendor’s ship immediately.
Prices are subject to change by the vendor, but are confirmed within 24 hours.
All promotional allowances will be reflected on your invoice from the vendor.
Custom Order Guides are available upon request.
Can I call to place my order? Absolutely, dial 503-372-6857, Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm.
Can I fax my Order? Certainly, fax Toll Free to 1-866-564-3257 anytime.

Shipping + Returns:

How long does it take to receive my order? Shipments travel standard ground and arrive within 7-10 business days. Each vendor ships from their manufacturing facility. Madison Lane does not ship from our offices.
Shipping cost is determined by vendor & location. Some vendors offer free shipping.

Want to save on shipping? If you have your own UPS, USPS or FedEx account and want to use it, please let us know.
Your order can be post-dated. This is very helpful for placing Holiday orders.
Need to make a Return or Claim for Damaged Goods? All cartons are packed securely for shipment. Customers must files claims for loss or damages within 48 hours of receiving the order. The claim must be accompanied by a picture of the damaged item(s). Returns are only accepted if the error was made by the Vendor.
No Back Orders will be shipped from any of our vendors.

Payment:

All initial Orders with any one vendor require a credit Card upon placing your order.
Terms may be established with individual vendors and take up to 3 weeks to process.

Other tips for success:

Retail Pricing: while most vendors offer an SRP on their price lists, we suggest an 80-100% markup for effective profitable sales.
Samples: people taste and people buy, we are selling some of the greatest producer’s products in the US! Be sure to open some of your finds and sample to your customers! The return is immense. Some vendors offer samples with any order placed, some charge for samples to be shipped with your order. Please be sure to request samples.
